Sensei Fred and Sensei Errol teach traditional Shotokan karate at this Jupiter dojo, bringing over 30 years of experience in the Palm Beach area. Kids learn foundational techniques, stances, kata forms, and introductory sparring while building coordination and discipline. The instruction stays true to the original style without watering it down. Kids ages 6 and up start with the basics and progress at their own pace. Classes are small enough that instructors adjust their teaching to each child's level, whether they're brand new or returning to train. The community here is tight and the environment feels purposeful rather than rushed.
