Traditional Muay Thai and kickboxing classes taught by experienced coaches Jose and Nina, who focus on proper technique alongside fitness conditioning. Black Lotus offers everything from fundamentals classes for beginners to advanced training with sparring for experienced practitioners, plus women-only kickboxing sessions. Kids can start at age 4 with Muay Tinys, a 6-8 week intro program covering basics like balance and coordination. The youth program runs through age 14, incorporating bag work, pad drills, and character development. They also offer a homeschool program and accept Step Up Scholarship. Your first class is free, and they provide loaner gloves for newcomers.
